NON CUSTODIAL PARENT ABDUCTION from CANADA to OVERSEAS
Alexander Watkins ( 8 yrs ) and Christopher Watkins ( 5 yrs ) have been living with their father, Stephen Watkins, since December 2007, after the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Toronto apprehended the children over concerns of mental / physical abuse by Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watknis and both her parents. The Honorable Justice H. Brownstone of the Ontario Family Courts ruled that the CCAS had the authority to place the children with Stephen WATKINS as he already had a Joint-Custody Agreement enforced as of February 16th, 2006.
On Sunday March 8th 2009, Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watkins left Canada and entered the United States and then traveled through German Customs in Frankfurt, Germany on a Canadian Passport that the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) in Ontario claims and reported verified was "suspended" on January 26th 2009 taking Alexander and Christopher with her. Their father is searching desperately for his children. An arrest warrant has been issued for Edyta Ustaszewski Watkins.
