HELP FIND MY CHILD is a small voluntary group working with parents, grandparents and friends to help raise awareness and find missing loved ones. We deal with missing child cases of stranger abduction, suspected online grooming, non parental child abduction, runaways, throwaways and long term missing children sometimes known as Cold Cases.
Our voluntary base comes from many countries, bringing a range of resources, skills, time and passion to what we do. This allows us to offer various forms of help, tailored to each child's circumstances.
We aim to offer support with skilled hands in technology and online investigative research with hope and positive action in your time of need. HFMC is dedicated to helping find your loved ones for as long as it takes.
In many missing cases, keeping a high profile is very important with targeted information to help generate new leads, interest and perhaps uncover that decisive key needed to find the missing child.
We are actively looking for volunteers to help build our small core team so we can help more families. Our site includes a working volunteer forum with sections open to members or perhaps you'd like to volunteer and be part of our friendly team.
While we can not guarantee the outcome for a family we can be the "extra pairs of skilled hands" to help get word out to support the search for as long as it takes.
Who We Are:
Help Find My Child (HFMC) was formed to help address the need for practical support and positive action for families searching or trying to raise awareness for a missing child online.Every child's circumstances are different; the needs of the family are unique. Assitance varies from raising a childs profile by inclusion on our website to making use of our sleuthing skills to assist in tracking and information gathering.
Our combined skill sets enables us to provide a innovative personal service to not only raise awareness, but effectively conduct on-line research and where possible compile important information that may help in a families ongoing investigation for their missing child. Most importantly we tailor the level of our involvement and assistance to the families request and requirements.
We make use of the latest technologies, social networking sites, and micro blogging such as twitter, to get word out fast. We raise awareness by keeping profiles high and use our various skills to directly assist families in their search.
This can include, website creation, social network groups, multi media presentations, targeted campaigns, investigating cases, or researching specific elements to help provide information to the families or authorities in locating a child or tracking a suspected abductor/groomer.
We also lend our weight when appropriate in contacting MEPs and relevant organisations to ensure certain action is taken on the parent’s behalf.
While we can not guarantee the outcome we aim to be "extra pairs of skilled hands" to do the tasks you feel would best help in the search of your child.
